- Sale period starts 12am AEST Thursday 26th of December 2024 and ends 11:59pm Friday 27th December 2024.
- The discount code will automatically apply at checkout.
- No further discounts codes can be applied during the sale period including bundle discounts or MyMoolk rewards discounts.
- Offer applies to new orders only placed within the promotional period.
- Discount does not apply to shipping or the purchase of new gift cards
- Strictly no returns on any items purchased during the Boxing Day Sale period (unless deemed faulty). We have a very active Buy Swap Sell Facebook Group where you can resell and pass your discount on to other mums.
- Our warehouse is currently closed. Orders will ship from Monday 6th January 2025. Please allow up to 5 business days for all orders to be shipped.

Offer 1 : Free Mila Knit Top
- The Mila Knit Top offer promotional period starts 9pm AEST Wednesday 11th December and ends 11:59pm Friday 13th December 2024.
- We are giving away 200 Mila Knit Tops during the promotional period.
- The first 200 orders over $200 to add a Mila Knit Top to cart will receive a Mila Knit Top of any colour/size for free (valued at $69)
- Discount will automatically apply at checkout if the order minimum is reached (before shipping) and the Mila Knit Top of colour and size is added to cart.
- Your cart must total $200 BEFORE you add any Mila Knit Tops to cart. For example, if your cart total is over $200 but your cart includes one Mila Knit Top, the discount will NOT apply to the Mila Knit Top in your cart as once the Mila Knit Top discount is applied, your cart will fall below the $200 minimum.
- Shipping costs do NOT count toward your cart total to activate the Free Mila Knit.

Offer 2: Triple Rewards Points
- The Triple Rewards Points offer period starts 5am AEST Saturday 14th December and ends 11:59pm Sunday 15th December 2024.
- All orders placed during the offer period will receive 15 MyMoolk Rewards Points for every $1 spent (excluding shipping and taxes).
- Please remember to log in to your account before checkout to ensure your points are added to your MyMoolk rewards account.
- Discounts earned during the offer period can only be claimed after the order has been placed and cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
- Gift cards cannot be purchased to claim the Triple MyMoolk Rewards Points offer.
- Orders placed claiming triple rewards points during the promotional period can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

Offer 3: Free Aus Shipping
- The Free Australian Standard Shipping offer starts at 5am AEST Monday 16 December and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 17 December 2024.
- The free shipping will automatically apply at checkout. If this does not happen then please contact our Customer Service Team.
- Free shipping orders will be sent by Aramex or AusPost depending on your parcel weight and delivery location.
- This offer is only valid for new orders placed during the offer period. Moolk will not refund shipping costs to an order that has been placed outside of the offer period.
- No further discounts can be used in conjunction with this offer.
- Orders placed with free Australian shipping during the promotional period can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
- Orders placed during the current promotional period cannot be switched for a future offer in a future promotional period.
- We cannot cancel orders that have been placed in previous 10 Days of Christmas offer periods to be repurchased for the current offer.

Offer 4: FREE Express Shipping (Australia Only)
- Offer starts at 5:30am AEST Thursday 19 December and ends 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 December 2024.
- Offer applies to Australian orders placed during the offer period.
- Order placed before the offer period cannot opt to upgrade to express shipping at the discounted rate.
- Express orders are sent with AusPost Express Parcel service.
- No further discounts can be used in conjunction with this offer.
- Orders placed with FREE Express shipping during the promotional period can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
- We cannot guarantee express post orders will arrive before Christmas, but we will do our best to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible to give you the best possible chance!

- Our Black Friday Sale period starts on Tuesday 26th November at 11am AEST and ends on Monday 2nd December 11:59pm AEST.
- Prices are as marked, while stocks last.
- Sale excludes styles currently in the new arrivals section.
- Styles discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange, unless faulty.
- Double the Bundle Discount on selected Top styles can only be returned for exchange or store credit. No refunds unless item is deemed faulty.
- No further discounts codes can be applied during the Black Friday sale period.
- Discounts do not apply to shipping or gift cards.
- Any Black Friday discounts are unable to be applied to previously placed orders (this includes any pending preorders).
- Orders over $200 are eligible for the free gift that is live at the time the order is placed. In the case that the gift bundle oversells, the team will then allocate a different gift bundle to your order.

- A bundle is considered an active discount.
- No further discount is able to be applied to your cart if a bundle is active (unless outlined).
- If you wish to use an alternative discount, the bundle promo is forfeited.
- Items bought with a bundle discount are able to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.
- If you return all or partial items included in a bundle, you will be credited/refunded the amount you paid as the bundle discount applies on a per item level.
- Multiple bundles are able to be added to any one cart.
- Bundles are active only when outlined on the site. We are unable to apply bundle discounts when not promoted.
We do love a good pre-order! Here's what you need to know before placing an order:
- Pre-orders are paid for at the time of order and are shipped as close as possible to the date specified on the product listing. Please keep in mind this shipping date is an estimate only and while we work our hardest to send them out on time, there are factors outside of our control that could delay things. We will definitely be in touch if there is a slight delay!
- If you order other in-stock items at the same time as your pre-order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like to receive your in-stock item before the pre-order item arrives, we can issue a $10 shipping invoice to cover the additional freight costs. Swing us an email and we'll help a mama out!
- We are unable to combine any future orders with pending pre-orders.
- If there are any releases before preorders are processed we are unable to 'swap' items already ordered with upcoming items.
- Pre-order items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit as per our returns policy, the 30 day return window begins from the date your order is dispatched. All returns can be submitted through our returns portal.
- Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout.
- If you forget to use your discount code, it cannot be applied once you've completed your order.
- Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards.
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
- Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases.
- Discount codes are not able to be applied to a cart that contains items from our Sale section.
- Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
The following Terms and conditions apply to our loyalty program, MyMoolk Rewards. By signing up to the program, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Minimum spend applies to any reward discounts. Cart value must equal or exceed $50 excluding shipping costs.
- Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- You will receive 5 points for every $1 you spend. Once you have accrued enough points, claim your loyalty discount code by logging into your Rewards account (the icon in the bottom left corner of the website - this is different to the account you create in the top right corner!).
- It is your responsibility to add the loyalty discount code in the appropriate discount field at checkout. We cannot apply discounts to orders if you forget. To find the discount field on mobile, after you click “checkout” from your cart, you need to click on “Show order summary” at the very top of the page. This will drop down your order summary showing the items you are checking out with, and also display a Gift Card/Discount code box. Please put your Loyalty discount here.
- Loyalty discounts will only apply to the purchase amount excluding shipping fees and GST.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Loyalty discounts are single-use, unique codes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If you choose to cancel your order, your loyalty points will not be credited back to you account nor will your discount code be re-activated.
- Loyalty discounts are not redeemable for cash.
- If you return items from an order you applied a loyalty discount to, you will only be credited the out of pocket expense (eg. The amount you paid after the loyalty discount was applied) and the points and loyalty discount will be forfeited.
- Earning rewards for leaving a review: you can only leave 1 review per week and the points may take 24 hours to appear in your MyMoolk Rewards account.
- Moolk Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
- Free gifts are automatically added to cart.
- Free gifts apply as you reach the value required.
- To be eligible for the free gift/s, the value needs to be met before shipping, and less any discounts.
- Moolk reserves the right to remove free gifts from orders where the value requirements are not met. An updated order confirmation will be sent if this occurs.
- Orders are eligible for one of each gift item when terms are met. If the value required for a gift is spent twice over in one order, the same gift is not applied again.
- Once your order has been received, if you need to return any items, which consequently would drop the order total value below that required for the gift, we do ask to please return the gift.
