Moolk $1000 Wardrobe Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Moolk Pty Ltd.
   
   

2. Eligibility:

   • The giveaway is open to residents of the United States of America and Canada aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Moolk and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   • By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
     
     

3. How to Enter:

   • To enter the giveaway, participants must provide their first name and a valid email address via the designated entry form.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
     
     

4. Entry Period:

   • Entries open on Monday 11 November 2024 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 25th November 2024.
   • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
     
     

5. Prize:

   • One (1) winner will receive a $1000 AUD gift voucher to shop at Moolk.
   • The value of the prize in USD will be determined by Shopify Foreign Exchange on the date of issue.
   • The gift voucher will be issued to the winner's provided email address once the winner confirms their acceptance of the prize.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
     
     

6. Selection of Winner:

   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in a competition of chance, not skill.
   • The draw will take place at 9am AEST on Tuesday, 26th November 2024.
   • The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 24 hours of the draw.
     
     

7. Claiming the Prize:

   • The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Moolk reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
     
     

8. General Conditions:

   • By entering the giveaway, participants consent to Moolk using their first name and any content related to the giveaway for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   • Moolk reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
   • Moolk is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, or for any loss or damage suffered by any person or their property, directly or indirectly related to this giveaway.
     
     

9. Privacy:

   • Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and, where consent has been given, to send marketing communications from Moolk.
   • Moolk will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
     
     

10. Governing Law:

    • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
